The VRF performs key services on behalf of victims of violent crimes and attacks which include the following:Praying
 

  1. Holding prayer vigils to comfort family members of slain or injured victims following violent attacks.

  2. Raising reward funds to assist law enforcement apprehend culprits of violent crimes.

  3. Providing comfort to families throughout drawn-out legal proceedings that often take place months or years after an alleged culprit is apprehended.

  4. Providing burial assistances for victims and their families.

  5. Providing funds for professional medical care for victims or their families.
