We are committed to building a strong foundation of volunteers organized across America in all communities to foster effective response to the victims and their families suffering from violent crimes and attacks.  We believe a strong more responsive volunteer community is one of the best strategic tools to these violent attacks against victims of our society. Volunteers play a critical role in accomplishing the objectives of this foundation as they reach out to help their fellow citizens who are victimized by violent crimes and attacks. We are committed in accomplishing this mission with zero overhead and zero administrative costs.
