The Victims' Rights Foundation (VRF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Montgomery County, Maryland based volunteer group that performs volunteer support services on behalf of victims of violent crimes and attacks.

As a result of school bullying growing in Middle Schools across America, the Victims' Rights Foundation has named Ms. Rachel Wims of Kingsview Middle (Maryland) the National Spokesperson on Middle School Bullying Awareness and Prevention.

The Victims' Rights Foundation has sat a goal of $10K for the Arisa Fund.   The fund will be used for 5 year old Shayla and 6 year old Alexis (sisters) for College upon their graduation from High School.  Shayla and Alexis parents lives' were lost  to violence.

 

New Director in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Morocco Coleman. Mr. Coleman a Vietnam Vet has over 35 years of experience helping victims.

                                    Missing People

     

On June 3,2005 at 3:00pm the Victims' Rights Foundation held a press conference to announce a $2,000.00 reward for information concerning Mr. George Zelaya who has been missing from Homosassa, FL since January 13, 2005. Mr. Zelaya is 61 years old with Brown and Gray hair at the temples.   Anyone with information should contact: Citrus County Sheriff's Dept. 352-726-4488.
