The Victims Rights Foundation is a non profit organization committed to mobilizing thousands of volunteers in supporting victims of violent crimes and attacks in America.  Through a variety of programs and services, the Foundation encourages people from all walks of life to volunteer either their prayers, time and/or financial resources in helping victims recover from violent crimes against them or their love ones (e.g. death, rape, adduction, or mutilation).     

Based in Gaithersburg, MD the Foundation advocates community service through a partnership with the citizens of America. Together, they reach thousands of people in hundreds of communities across America to help mobilize people and resources, which deliver results and solutions for the needs of victims.

The Foundation has grown nationally in reputation as an effective organization helping victims recover from violent crimes and attacks.  This foundation is committed to their charter of operating  with zero overhead and zero administrative costs as they help victims.  Mr. W. Greogory Wims, Founder, President and CEO of this foundation believes in this operating philosophy and is dedicated to its success as the foundation donate 100% of all charitable funds raised per case to the victims and their families devasated by violent crimes and attacks.
